ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Rent Controller (District Munsiff), Hosur to dispose of the HRCOP.No. 03 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.
2. Heard, Mr.M.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the dispute has been pending for more than 10 years and that eviction proceedings were initiated as early as 2011, hence, he prayed for the speedy disposal of HRCOP.No. 03 of 2017.
4. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2017, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the HRCOP.No. 03 of 2017, on the file of Rent Controller (District Munsiff), Hosur, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
