O R D E R

This court had passed an order of interim stay on 30.12.2014, staying the order of transfer. Thereafter, the Metropolitan Transport Corporation passed an order dated 22.01.2015 cancelling the order of transfer.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not permitted to join duty and after a period of 22 days he was permitted. The learned counsel therefore wanted a direction to the respondents to pay the petitioner salary for the period of 22 days.

4. The petitioner is permitted to make an application before the 1st respondent to pay him salary for the period in question and in case such an application is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of on merits and as per law, as expeditiously as possible.
