O R D E R

Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition challenging the order dated 08.01.2019 passed by the 1st Respondent with regard to the Mercy Petition of the 3rd and 4th Respondents and for a consequential direction to the 1st Respondent to reject the said Petition, as illegal.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that, subsequent to the passing of the order dated 08.01.2019 impugned in this Writ Petition, a final order was passed and the same was challenged by the Petitioner in another Writ Petition in W.P.No.2483 of 2021. Hence, according to the learned counsel for the Petitioner, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. Taking note of the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court holds that, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to raise all the points raised in this Writ petition, in W.P.No.2483 of 2021. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.11945, 11946 and 11948 of 2019 are closed.
