The Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the respondents to extend the benefit of revised pay scale in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in terms of GO.Ms.No.216 Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 22.03.1993, GO.Ms.No.69 School Education (M1) Department dated 18.04.2013 and GO.Ms.No.180 School Education (Elementary Education - 1(2) Department dated 06.09.2013.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. Considering the limited request sought by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondents 1 & 4 to consider the petitioner's request and extend the benefits if otherwise eligible and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
