This matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the Courts are closed, hence, the petitioner could not comply with the order of this Court and could not appear before the Fast Track Court-II, Magistrate Level, Coimbatore in C.C.No.291 of 2017 for a period of two weeks from 07.06.2021. 3.In view of the same, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate Court within a period of two weeks. After the normal functioning of the Court, within a period of two months, the trial can be concluded.
4.Accordingly, this Court directs the concerned Magistrate Court to recall the appearance of the petitioner for a period of two weeks and also directs it, to complete the trial, within period of two months, after normal functioning of the Courts.
