This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 52 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the judgment dated 15.09.2022 passed in Crl.A.No.67 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 52 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned and the criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.
