ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents and in particular, the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner and to issue patta in his name based on the Decree that was passed in favour of the petitioner in A.S.No.3 of 2014 dated 14.10.2014.

2.Heard Mr.A.Jenasenan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and particularly, considering the Decree that was passed in A.S.No.3 of 2014 dated 14.10.2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Arni, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an

3/5 online application to the 3 rd respondent along with all the necessary documents. The 3 rd respondent on receipt of the same, shall deal with the application in line with BSO 31(4) of the Revenue Standing Orders and pass necessary orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of online application from the petitioner.
