ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the wife of the life convict by name JAHIR @ KUNDU JAHIR. The leave has been sought for on the ground of children's education.

2. The fact that the convict and the petitioner are having https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

children and age of their children are not in dispute. Considering the above facts and circumstances, we are inclined to grant leave to the convict for a period of three weeks commencing from 10.00 a.m. on 24.06.2019 subject to the usual conditions that can be imposed by the respondents and the convict shall return back to the prison at 05.00 p.m. on 15.07.2019. The respondents shall provide adequate security arrangements including escorts to the convict while he is on leave. We further direct the convict to report before the Inspector of Police, Ukkadam, daily at 10.00 a.m. during the leave period. This Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of accordingly.
