ORDER

The petitioner filed this petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl. O.P. No.6479 of 2021 on 08.04.2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the Magila Neethimandram, Tiruppur daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Magila Neethimandram, Tiruppur as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
