(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Mr.R.Udhayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2.Seeking to expedite the administrative sanction to the 2nd respondent so as to enable him to construct check dam in Survey No.377 Royappanoor-Kattukottai, Kallakkurichi District, the petitioner made a representation on 02.03.2019 and the same is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within a reasonable time. 4.Taking note of the above, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2019 and dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
