M/s.Sanjivini Blue Metals and M/s.G.M.Blue Metals, the Respondents 8 and 9, who are functioning in the lands comprised in Survey Nos.278/2C, 279/1B and 280/2A in Mathagakondapalli Village, Denkani kotta Taluk, Krishnagiri District, to protect and safeguard houses, agricultural lands, ground water, drinking water, lakes of the Villagers from the impact and effect of the crushing plants run by the above Companies.

(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The petitioner seeks direction to the 3rd Respondent to give effect to the communication of the 2nd Respondent, dated 22.02.2019.

It appears that the private Respondents 8 and 9 are running their Crushing Units without permission. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to pre-empt grant of permission, which has been granted only with the consent of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board.

Thus, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

If the Petitioner has any grievance with respect to the running of the Crushing Units by Respondents 8 and 9, it is always open to him to approach this Court, by way of a separate Writ Petition.

This Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
