This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.57 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.57 of 2014 before the respondent.

4. The respondent-Police is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously, before the concerned court, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
