By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2024. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property has been purchased by the father of the petitioner by way of a registered Sale Deed dated 25.09.2006 in Town Survey No.75. It is the grievance of the petitioner that in all the revenue records, the property has been mentioned as 245sq.mt. but in Town Survey Computer Patta, it has been wrongly 2/4

mentioned as 161 sq.mt and in addition to that T.S.No.75 was sub-divided into T.S.Nos.75/1 and 75/2. Therefore, the petitioner had given a representation dated 07.03.2024 to carry out the corrections. But the same has not been considered by the third respondent. 5.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
