O R D E R

The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.99 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

It is seen that the petitioner was involved in an offence under Section 8(c) and 20(b)(ii) (B) of NPDS Act. Hence, this court by an earlier order dated 24.06.2020 in Crl.O.P. No.9043 of 2020 has dismissed the anticipatory bail petition and this is the second anticipatory bail petition. As the petitioner was involved in an offence under the said NDPS Act and also there is no change of circumstances to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
