ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction directing the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is accused in Crime No.278 of 2015, in which, he has been released on anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.21234 of 2015 on 24.08.2015 by this Court.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the respondent police submitted that this petitioner is not required for any interrogation in Crime No.278 of 2015, however, proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C., are pending before the Sub Collector, Pollachi, in which, these petitioners are one of the parties and therefore, these petitioners should appear before the Sub Collector, Pollachi and take part in the proceedings.
