O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 9608 of 2020, dated 03.07.2020. The counsel for the petitioners would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.9608 of 2020 on 03.07.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petitioners have been complying with the the condition from 07.07.2020.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9608 of 2020 on 03.07.2020 is modified. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
