O R D E R

This petition has been filed for direction directing the 2nd respondent herein to give police protection to the life and safety of the petitioner and his family members and initiate action against the offenders in accordance with law, on the basis of the complaint to the 1st respondent date 03.07.2020.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that even according to the petitioner, she borrowed a huge sum from the respondents 3 to 13 and she failed to repay the said amount and therefore, the victims have lodged complaint before the second respondent herein and after conducting enquiry the victims were directed to approach District Crime Branch on the ground that the money involved is huge.

3. Under these circumstances, now the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking police protection from the respondents 3 to 13 herein. .When there is complaint as against the petitioner, that too having very serious nature of allegations, the petitioner cannot sought for any police protection.

4. This petition is devoid of merits and accordingly, dismissed.
