The petitioner seeks modification of the condition in para no.4 imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30861 of 2024 dated 07.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition even once.

3. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para no.4 imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30861 of 2024 dated 07.01.2025.
