The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue an order of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the 4th respondent dated 09.01.2006 in Aluvalaga Aanai No.3/Sie/06 and quash the same in respect of the petitioner.

2. Mr. M. Purushothaman, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 09.03.2015 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the letter dated 09.03.2015 of the learned counsel and his endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
