ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Parameswari, aged about 17 years. Seeking production of the minor detenue, who has been missing from 05.04.2019 onwards, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenue was secured and she was permitted to go with the petitioner.
