Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the Award dated 21.11.2024 passed in I.D. No.11 of 2017 by the Hon'ble Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore and quash the portion of the Award whereby the claim for back wages was denied, consequently direct the respondent to pay full back wages to the petitioner from the date of dismissal i.e., 25.01.2016 till the date of reinstatement, with all consequential monetary and service benefits.

ORDER
