13.07.2020 to survey the petitioner's land.

It is seen from the records, so far, the petitioner did not apply for surveying the land before the concerned revenue authority. Therefore, on receipt of the complaint dated 13.07.2020, the 1st respondent conducted enquiry and issued CSR No.65 of 2020 and the same was also closed. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
