O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, particularly, the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 22.07.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for the issuance of Chitta and Adangal with respect to the subject property in the name of the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.B.Jawahar, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 22.07.2024 in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the fourth respondent and appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
