ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested on 20.04.2021 for the offence under Section 174 IPC later altered as 302 IPC and 328 IPC in Cr.No.228 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner had illegal relationship with A1 and hence, A1 with the aid of the petitioner mixed pesticide in the liquor consumed by her husband due to which, he died. The petitioner is arrayed as A2 in the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.9405 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 20.05.2021 dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed in Crl.O.P.No.9405 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
