ORDER

The petitioner filed this petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9148 of 2021 on 13.05.2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.9148 of 2021 dated 13.05.2021 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police at 10.30 a.m. on every Tuesday and Thursday" until further orders.
