Old No.121-A, New No.1/375E (First Floor) and Flat No.HIG (1).41 (ground floor) respectively situate at A.Jettihalli Housing Unit, Dharmapuri concerned, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fix the cost for the Flat No.H.I.G.(II). Old No.121-A, New No.1/375E (First Floor) and Flat No.HIG(1).41 (ground floor) at A.Jettihalli Housing Unit, Dharmapuri respectively and to receive the same from the petitioner by issuing the final allotment order.
