Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in proceedings ROC.No.18082/2016 (H2), dated 01.08.2018, on the file of second respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession of petitioner property in S.No. 159/1A3, situate at Thokkavadi village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in proceedings ROC.No.18082/2016 (H2), dated 01.08.2018, on the file of second respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession of petitioner property in S.No. 159/1A3, situate at Thokkavadi village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal.
