(Crime No.607 of 2019) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners have to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30. a.m until further orders by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1039 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33913 of 2019 dated 31.01.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1039 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33913 of 2019 dated 31.01.2020, to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30.a.m until further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. Hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1039 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33913 of 2019 dated 31.01.2020, is modified. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, after lifting of the lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, on the first working day of every month until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
