This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to expedite the investigation in Crime No.1498 of 2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.1498 of 2015 before the 3rd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, the 3rd respondent-Police is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously, before the concerned court, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
