(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.99 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in connection with Cr. No.99 of 2020. However, on wrong instructions earlier Crl.O.P.No.9079 of 2020 was dismissed.
