ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. As against the allegation of encroachments, the status affidavit filed by respondent No.2 shows that, proceedings have already been initiated and notices were issued to number of persons, who are alleged to be the encroachers.

3. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
