This petition is filed under Order XXII Rule 3 of Civil Procedure Code to bring the petitioners 1)Sivagami, 2)C.Santhi and 3)C.Sasikala on record as legal representatives of the deceased first petitioner namely V.Ponnusamy Gounder and ranked them as petitioners 3 to 5 in the above civil revision petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons assigned in Paragraph Nos.3 to 5 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the facts and circumstances, the present petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in CRP.No.316 of 2012 and list the main case on 22.07.2019. 01.07.2019 http://www.judis.nic.in
