This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to Respondent authorities to act upon the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2023 and 21.03.2023 requesting to complete the storm water drain in front of the petitioner's property.
2. Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for Respondents.

3. Alleging inconveniences caused on account of the incomplete construction of storm water drain in front of the petitioner's commercial property, the petitioner has sent a representation before the respondents requesting to complete the same at the earliest to enable him and other occupants to have access to his property. Since no action has been taken by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. Though very many grounds have been raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation made on 21.03.2023 seeking seeking to complete the construction of storm water drain in front of the petitioner's property within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. On the above contention, this Court heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
6. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 3rd Respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2023 Page No:3/6
made seeking to complete the construction of storm water drain in the front of the petitioner's property and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
