CMP No.23069 of 2023 in CMA SR No.49646 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1757 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

The only reason that has been assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition is found at Paragraph 5 of the affidavit and the exorbitant delay of 1757 days has not been properly explained and this case involves an award that was passed in the year 2016 and therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this Civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
