Mr.A.Jenasenan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner died. He further submits that he has not received instructions to bring any LRs in the place of the deceased petitioner. Therefore, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the suitable order can be passed in this matter.
