This Application has been filed to accept the Cause Title by denoting the name Ponnusamy as Ponnusamy (died) in the C.M.A against the decree and judgment passed in MACT.O.P.No.881 of 2013, dated 09.12.2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Motor Accident Compensation Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2.Hear the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
