Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to amend as E-2, Peelamedu Police Station instead of All Women East Police Station in the Petition and order in Crl.OP.No.9669/2021 dated 27.05.2021 before this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.E.RAJ THILAK, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
