Now, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the very Execution Petition itself had been terminated and therefore, nothing survives in the present revision. The learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement that the matter has become infructuous. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
