O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 19.07.2024 made in W.P.No.19562 of 2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 04.04.2025 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, in which it has been stated that all the mutations effected during the pendency of the suit have been cancelled and status quo ante restored, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that no contempt is made out. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. 23.04.2025 ar 2/4
