Ms.Bakkiyalakshmi Govt.Advocate Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action for constructing a proper drainage channel in the road connecting the petitioner association and Mathigiri, situated in S.No.136/1A and 137/1A, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. 2.The petitioner had given representations on 13.12.2023 and 13.08.2024 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Ms.Bakkiya Lakshmi, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations, as stated supra, are considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents, produced by the petitioner association, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 13.12.2023 and 13.08.2024 seeking for construction of the drainage channel in the road, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
