to 4 to transfer the investigation in CSR No.135 of 2016 dated 22.02.2016 on the file of the 5th respondent to the Central Crime Branch, Chennai, for investigation and appropriate action on the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On reading of the complaint dated 22.02.2016 lodged by the petitioner, it does not disclose commission of cognizable offence for the respondent Police to register an FIR. Even an FIR has not been registered, there is no question of transferring the CSR.No.135 of 2016 to any other Police. In the result, this petition is devoid of merits and stands dismissed.
