The Special Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai has sent a report dated 28.02.2023 expressing difficulties in completing the trial and sought for extension of time.

In view of the same, the operative portion of the order dated 06.08.2021 in W.P. No. 10494 of 2020 is alone modified to that effect that it shall be ensured by the Special Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case in T.C. No. 1 of 2020 and monthly report is sent to the Registrar (Judicial) of the Court in that regard till it is finally disposed. The said order remains intact in all other aspects.
