C.M.P.Nos.24752 and 24755 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.Nos.49648 and 49647 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

These petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1472 and 1487 days respectively in filing the above appeals.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that she has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 1472 and 1487 days in filing the appeals is condoned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.
