This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the Criminal Case in Cr.No.143 of 2015 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Thally, Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District, to any other investigation agency and to proceed according to law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation was completed in Crime No.143 of 2015 and the same was closed as a mistake of fact.
4. Under such circumstances, liberty is given to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner to file a protest application before the jurisdictional magistrate and on such application being filed, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Vinay Tyagi Vs. Irshad Ali Alias Deepak and others reported in (2013) 5 Supreme Court Cases 762.
In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
