2. At the time of admission of the respective original petitions, the petitioner was required to deposit Rs.15,00,000/- each to the credit of the respective Original Petitions.

3. The parties have filed a Memo of Compromises dated 01.02.2024 and have informed that the dispute between themselves has been settled.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent is entitled to withdraw the aforesaid amount.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the same.

6. Recording the same, these Original Petitions are dismissed as settled out of Court.

7. The respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the 2/4

petitioner pursuant to Order dated 16.12.2022.
