This petition is filed under Order XXII Rule 4 of Civil Procedure Code to bring the 13th respondent namely Thayathal herein on record as the legal representative of the deceased 11th respondent namely V.Ponnusamy Gounder and rank her as 13th respondent in the above civil revision petition.

2.Mr.S.Saravanan, the learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 10, 12,13 and he did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3.This Court is also satisfied with the reasons assigned in Paragraph Nos.3 to 5 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the facts and circumstances, the present petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in CRP.No.316 of 2012 and list the main case on 22.07.2019. 01.07.2019 http://www.judis.nic.in
