The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant. In this regard, she has also filed a report dated 18.06.2024.

2. Further, she seeks for additional remuneration of a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- since she had spent 4 days at Uttar Pradesh for the purpose of seizure of subject vehicle.

3. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Recording the above submission, the present application is closed.

4. Considering the efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of 2 weeks from today (18.06.2024).

5. Post this matter on 08.07.2024 for reporting compliance.
