This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to transfer the complaint dated 25.06.2016 from the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the 5th respondent to the Central Crime Branch, Chennai, for proper investigation and appropriate action from the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Chakravarthy had sent a complaint dated 25.06.2016 by post to the 5th respondent Police, in which, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
