(CRIME NO.1173/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police station on the first week of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7983 of 2020 Crl.O.P.No.14000 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14000 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 120-B, 420 and 380 in Crime No.1173 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
