O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw I.A.Nos.1096 of 2016 and 318 of 2017 in O.P.No.2536 of 2015 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Ramanathapuram. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that they have no objection to transfer I.A.Nos.1096 of 2016 and 318 of 2017 in O.P.No.2536 of 2015 filed by the petitioner before I Additional Family Court, Chennai and M.C.No.30 of 2018 filed by the petitioner before Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Ramanathapuram to the file of Family Court, Madurai and they have also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he will file a separate petition to transfer M.C.No.30 of 2018 pending on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Ramanathapuram.

4.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petitions in I.A.Nos.1096 of 2016 and 318 of 2017 in O.P.No.2536 of 2015 are ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the I Additional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. The learned I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to I.A.Nos.1096 of 2016 and 318 of 2017 in O.P.No.2536 of 2015 to the file of the Family Court, Madurai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
